The Constitutional Tribunal published on Wednesday (27.1.2021) the written justification of its verdict of October 22, 2020, in which it ruled unconstitutional the provision allowing abortion in the case of a high probability of severe and irreversible fetal disability. The sentence was published immediately, it came into force today, making abortion ban official. Abortion is officially banned in Poland. Black on white. Blood on white.
In Poland pregnancy can still be terminated in the case when it poses a threat to womxn’s life and health, and also when there is a justified suspicion that the pregnancy is the result of a prohibited act, e.g. rape. However, 97% of all legal pregnancies are for reasons of damage or illness of the fetus.

Trybunał Konstytucyjny opublikował w środę (27.1.2021 r.) pisemne uzasadnienie wyroku z 22 października 2020 r., w którym orzekł o niekonstytucyjności przepisu dopuszczającego aborcję w przypadku wysokiego prawdopodobieństwa ciężkiego i nieodwracalnego upośledzenia płodu. Wyrok został opublikowany niezwłocznie w Dzienniku Ustaw, wszedł w życie dzisiaj, czyniąc zakaz aborcji oficjalnym. Aborcja jest oficjalnie zakazana w Polsce. Czarne na białym. Krew na bieli.
W Polsce nadal można przerwać ciążę w przypadku, gdy zagraża ona życiu i zdrowiu kobiety, a także gdy istnieje uzasadnione podejrzenie, że ciąża powstała w wyniku czynu zabronionego, np. gwałtu. Jednak 97% wszystkich legalnych ciąż jest spowodowanych uszkodzeniem lub chorobą płodu.
Julia Przyłębska, prywatnie żona ambasadora RP w Berlinie, jest prezeską Trybunału Konstytucyjnego w Polsce.

Oktober 2020 veröffentlicht, in dem es die gesetzliche Grundlage, die einen Schwangerschaftsabbruch im Falle einer hohen Wahrscheinlichkeit einer schweren und irreversiblen fetalen Behinderung erlaubt, für verfassungswidrig erklärt hat. Das Urteil wurde sofort veröffentlicht, es ist heute in Kraft getreten und macht das Abtreibungsverbot offiziell. Abtreibung ist in Polen offiziell verboten. Schwarz auf Weiß. Blut auf Weiß.
In Polen kann eine Schwangerschaft immer noch beendet werden, wenn sie eine Bedrohung für das Leben und die Gesundheit der Frau darstellt, und auch wenn der begründete Verdacht besteht, dass die Schwangerschaft das Ergebnis einer verbotenen Handlung ist, z.B. einer Vergewaltigung oder Inzest. Bei 97% aller legalen Schwangerschaften liegt jedoch eine Schädigung oder Erkrankung des Fötus vor.
